Readiness Assessment: What You Will Receive

  1. Initial Call: A PTP representative will reach out to schedule a brief call to better understand your current environment, identify your key stakeholders, and schedule an initial workshop date.
  2. Readiness Assessment: We will schedule two interactive video conference calls with key operations, process, and technology stakeholders in your organization. The discovery meeting will enable our analysts and consultants to gather the details necessary to develop our findings and recommendations.
  3. Final Deliverable: After the call, we will prepare a document that summarizes the results of the assessment of your current environment. In this document, we will also provide specific recommendations for moving forward. The goal is to help you successfully respond to the volume of inbound inquiries, improve your customer service, and get the most out of your contact center investments and staff resources.
